MRLB 2003 Draft

We added 2 new owners, 2 owners drafted by telephone, 2 owners were late, 2 players named Roy were drafted in round 2 and we finished well before 2am (eastern time).  Thanks to everyone's preparation (and some secretarial work by The Commish and Jim Vavrek), we were able to finish in record time.  Who had the best draft?  Only time will tell, but for now, you can take a look at the draft and decide who came out on top.
